This is to avoid that people do a partial upgrade of linux-image-5.16.0-1-librem5 but not linux-image-librem5. We need to drop this patch once 5.17.0-1 gets uploaded to prevent issues when people have 5.16.0-1pureos1 (compressed kernel) installed and update to 5.17 while 5.16.0-1pureos2 was already removed from the archive as this would force 5.16.0-1pureos1 of the system *or* prevent the upgrade.
