     This makes us only apply the stricter rules to the PureOS space.
   * check-pureos-pkg-repo: Catch exception on missing branch.
     Older versions returned None, we get an exception nowadays.
   * Add helper to publish the next branches of your project.
     This will grab MRs stored in the git config variable `next.MRS`, merge
     them to your projects main branch and push that out as `-next` branch so
     people can easily grab new development snapshots.
     For setup instructions see the top of the script.
   * Add script to create release in gitlab for phosh like projects.
     This creates a skeleton release from NEWS and `d/changelog` and local
     notes.
   * Add helper to install next packages.
     Fetch the debs from a 'next' repo and install the debs.
   * build: Only install l5 prefixed scripts.
     The other ones are to be run from the checked out source tree
     since they're concerned with repo maintenance and releases than
     easing on device testing.
