I meant "please keep me in the loop, so I can contribute opinions and 
ideas while decisions are being made rather than afterwards when someone 
points me to yet another issue tracker with artifacts of past decision 
making" (not "keep me in the loop for my personal amusement").

So if by "draw something up" you mean a conversation like this email 
thread then yes certainly I would love to do that (and tried but 
evidently failed indicating my interest in that already)!  If however 
you mean make some sort of report, then I am more hesitant, as I am not 
good at writing larger coherent texts on my own... :-/

(...and if you literally mean "drawing" then you don't want that)
