Once they come into the Debian archive, they'll be picked up by PureOS.

You can also search https://software.pureos.net/ which is a web
interface to the archive.

Searching that shows you're right: 
https://software.pureos.net/sw/org.gnome.Lollypop, lollypop is a bit
outdated.

We're keeping our "amber" suite as a stable suite for PureOS and
"byzantium" has been created as a new rolling release. This will also
likely be the basis for our phone release. All suites are built for
aarch64 and amd64.
