[PureOS] Quick PureOS 11 Codename Voting

Hi!
The voting has concluded, the results are:

cyan: 2
cinnabar: 4+1
carmine: 2+1
crimson: 7
champagne: 3+1
cornflower: 2+2
cobalt: 6+1
celadon: 0
cerulean: 2
chrome: 1+1

The number behind the plus sign is the additional amount of "maybe"
votes, which could have been used as tied breaker.
As it looks like though, crismon got the most real votes in favour, so
the PureOS 11 codename will be crimson.
